ROOMS and STUDIOS

  Prices range from 25 to 45 euro per person depending on:
-the type of room (studio, one bedroom with shared or private bathroom)
-the services choosen (accommodation only or bed and breakfast)
-the number of people (single, double or triple room),
-the duration of the stay.
Write us to info@capenelope.it with your request and we will answer you with a proper estimate.

  • The price includes: electricity, heating, water, kitchen/bathroom/bed linen, tv, internet wireless, cleaning and change of sheets weekly. A daily cleaning of the room can be asked for €5 per day

  • If you need to use the washing machine: wash and dry one load €10 (we do not iron)

  • Children that sleep in crib do not pay

  • Dogs and cats are welcome. Supplement dogs: €3 per day.

METHODS OF PAYEMENT:

  • The deposit required to confirm the booking must be sent with a bank transfer or credit card
     

  • Bank transfer to:

    Reason for payement to be indicated: "The surname that you used for booking the room and the date of your arrival". After you have done the bank transfer you should send us an email or a fax with the receipt of your payement or, if you cannot do this, just send us an email informing us that you have done the payemet, we will check it.
     

  • Credit card:
    At the moment of your reservation you should send us the credit card details (name, surname, credit card number, date of expire), and we will deduct from your credit card the prearranged amount of money for the deposit required for the booking of the room.

 

We want to inform aur foreign guests that if you choose the bank transfer method when you make the transfer from foreign countries, italian bank keep often a percentual (5-6 euro), so the amount of money we receive may be lower then what you have sent. At your arrival we will check the documents and regulate everything.

We accept cash, credit cards or bancomat.
We do not accept American Express credit card.
